General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via Creativagiftshop.se/.com by (“we”, “us”) customers (“you”, “customer”) in Sweden and other EU countries. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.
To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old. We do not, according to Swedish law, accept credit purchases from individuals under 18. We, as the seller, reserve the right to deny or alter a customer's order in individual cases (for example, if the customer has provided incorrect personal information and/ or has payment issues).
Prices and Payments
All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) (or chosen currency) and include 25% VAT. For customers within the EU, applicable Swedish VAT rates apply. Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website. All prices are current and may change in the future. The final total price for your order, including shipping and payment, along with 25% VAT, is calculated at checkout.

Order
When you place an order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. It is important that you check that all the information is correct. We reserve the right to change or cancel orders if incorrect information is provided, or if the products are no longer available.
Delivery & Returns
We deliver within Sweden and to other EU countries. The delivery time depends on the delivery destination and is provided at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as delays caused by the shipping company. We currently offer free shipping on orders of at least SEK 599.
Be extra careful when providing your delivery address, as we are not responsible for lost shipments if the customer has provided incorrect details. If a delay in delivery occurs, we will inform you via email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. However, there may be circumstances where it becomes impossible to fulfill the order, for instance, if our supplier or carrier cannot meet their commitments to us. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer concerning delivery delays.
Please note that letters and packages remain at your local service point for only 14 days, after which they are returned to us. We will then treat the letter/package as an unclaimed package - see below.
Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon receipt of the product. If the customer chooses not to collect a shipment, they will be charged the corresponding shipping cost (for both the initial and return shipment), any cash on delivery fees, and a handling fee. You, as a customer, may thus be liable for the return shipping costs charged by the shipping company. Please ensure your notification details are accurate.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Distance Contracts Act and the EU Consumer Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at info@creativagiftshop.se and return the item in its original condition. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Once the return is approved, we will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Products with broken seals that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
• Custom-made or personalized products. (Note: Products where you, as a customer, have added personal text or images). This means that the purchase is binding and the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act does not apply—see the section "Goods that are custom-made according to the consumer's wishes or that have a clearly personal character". You can cancel an order at any time until it has begun production. However, you cannot cancel a purchase once your items have been produced and delivered. If your item is damaged during delivery, we will, of course, replace it with a new one—please contact us as soon as possible at info@creativagiftshop.se.
Complaints
If a product is defective, you have the right to lodge a complaint within three years from the date of purchase, in accordance with consumer law. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return costs and send a new item or refund the full amount.
Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages that occur due to the use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR.

Privacy, Security, and Personal Data
By placing an order, you agree that we store and use your personal data to deliver your order.
In May 2018, GDPR replaced PUL (the Swedish Personal Data Act) as the new data protection regulation applicable throughout the EU. We process the data you provide to us, or that we collect through cookies, to fulfill your order and meet our obligations to you as a customer.

Personal data we and our payment partner store when you make a purchase
We offer a payment solution through Klarna. This service has its own terms and policies, which you agree to when you select their payment service and accept our terms. The data is stored to fulfill the agreement between us and you as a customer.

Purchases are also stored in our business system, Fortnox, in compliance with accounting laws, which require this data to be stored for 7 years. The stored information includes:
• First and last name
• Invoice address (address, postal code, city)
• Delivery address (address, postal code, city)
• Dating
• Order number
• Ordered items and prices
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Order confirmation and delivery confirmation
We send an order confirmation via email to confirm when an order has been placed. If you accidentally provide incorrect information, such as a delivery or billing address, we can easily correct this if you contact us directly at info@creativagiftshop.se.
Subcontractor
We send out orders through our subcontractor's print shops. When an order is placed, delivery information is sent to this supplier. They store your first name, last name, delivery address, mobile number, and email address.
Newsletter Subscription
We would like to share promotions and information with you. When making a purchase, you can subscribe to our newsletter by checking a box at checkout. Once consent is given, your first name, last name, and email are stored.
You can withdraw your consent by unsubscribing via the link included in each newsletter or by contacting us at info@creativagiftshop.se.
Support via Email
To provide good and prompt support via email, we need to know your email address and name. In some cases, your order number may also be necessary.
How long are my personal data stored?
Your personal data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. Collected email addresses with consent are stored until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent by contacting us.
